Annie's Tibbers Not Responding Bugs? (GAMEPLAY)

List of things that happen:

It happens frequently after I ult and try to command Tibbers to attack champions that are chasing me he just tends to stand there doing nothing.

When engaging in a fight and targeting a champion, Tibbers tends to randomly stop attacking the champ he was attacking even though no other command was placed issued to disrupt the attack. The enemy champion stays within range just for some reason tibbers just stalls and doesn't do anything.

Occasionally when killed, tibbers stands there for a couple seconds before attacking the person who killed you, when that doesn't happen tibbers tends to attack a random champ and not the one who killed you often switching between random champs and not focusing the killer.

I've been playing Annie since Jinx came out as a new champion on various accounts and he used to be more responsive when I started compared to now. I would say that this unresponsiveness from tibbers happens a handful of times in each game I use Annie.
