In game freeze and controls lock

so, the client itself works fine pre game, loading works fine too. But when you spawn in, it freezes and locks not only the client, but also your computer. This has happened with me when you implement updates and patches now and then. it has also happened to my friends as well. to say, this is not islolated. my computer is fairly good and I have not once lagged in league save for the own in game client issues.

issue being, I get penalized for these bugs. I lose promos, I get reported and flamed, I get people who wont play with me because this happens. I had submitted the issue before and was told that nothing could be done about the negative affetcs of these bugs.

This is League of Legends, one of, if not the top esports game. for there not to be a safety net or contingency is...a bit off to say the least.
