Annie stun bug ?

Did anyone already experience some Annie's stun bug recently. In May, there was a bug on his ult stun, but i recently saw the problem on a Q stun in one of my replay (i'll fraps it if someone wants).

We can clearly see my support Annie Q stun the enemy Twitch who takes the damage but not stunned.
