Did anyone already experience some Annie's stun bug recently. In May, there was a bug on his ult stun, but i recently saw the problem on a Q stun in one of my replay (i'll fraps it if someone wants).
We can clearly see my support Annie Q stun the enemy Twitch who takes the damage but not stunned.

Zombiemaster1 votesIf you use your Q and then use your W before the Q projectile lands, the W will consume the stun and the Q will simply add towards the next passive stun when it lands. If this is what happened, then there's no bug.
The same applies if you use your ultimate before the Q projectile lands.
