DOWNLOAD STUCKS AT 84%

Can anyone help me..i was downloading and somehow all stoped at 243MB (84%)..i tried redownloading like 5 times and it wont work..idk what to do,should i wait or?

Completely uninstall and re-install game. Should fix until next patch. It's been a recurring problem with riot patching.
