mouse bug

in 100% of my games at around 6-10 minutes my mouse just bugs and works as if i had 5 fps. this usually lasts for 3-5 minutes and its really annoying, it doesnt make u lose the game but it definetly sets you back

Anyways can anyone give me a solution to this problem?
