In the middle of a diamond game all of a sudden no one could use abilities and minions wouldnt hit eachother. Eventually we just got flooded with minions and we couldnt stop them with just autos and lost.
Happened to me too. The game was fine for the first 10 minutes but even before that I could tell something was up becuase I couldnt use my E on Vayne. Around the 10 minute mark nobody else on the map could use any targeted abilities. Skill shot seemed to work when casting it but the effect wouldnt always proc on the target. A good exemple is the Leona sword that would hit somone but not root them or move Leona. As stated above, minion wouldnt attack each other and run straight to the turret. The turret firing animation was also bugged and you couldnt not see the bullet. Jungle camp where also a problem because they would instantly reset making it impossible for both jungler to farm. In the end we won because we had 2 AD carry and where able to clear wave faster preventing our turret for falling to fast. Hopefuly you can fix this because it happenend in a ranked game and the opposing team lost lp in a game where they couldnt do a thing.
