Turret didn't work.

Hey, this is iamnotsexy. I just play a game(normal) with my friend at Oct. 27 with Twitch bot with janna . It appears that our(Blue) Outter Tower was not working.(It was not attacking any enemy units.)....It makes a very unfair game. We had so much trouble with lane control just because the tower wont attack, and we lost the game.( I have record the game, and took a video with my cellphone.) Please fix this bug so that in the future others wont have this problem again.
