queue is glitched!

I currently have a bug in my client that makes it so when I begin a queue, it puts the approximate time at 99:99, and the time waited at 99:99. Not only that but it also makes it so i cannot click on players profiles, view their stats or pretty much go anywhere in the client.

When the "match found" alert comes up and everyone hits accept it works fine, but it annoys me a little how I cannot browse mine or other players profiles. If you know why this is happening or how to fix it I would be appreciate it! :)
