Mac Champ Select

For the past 4 ranked games iv played, when in champ select. Iv gotten lag, and when i say lag. I mean unplayable lag, if I was queued up as first pick, the lag would make me dodge, as i would still be on the ban screen while it was actually my turn to select a champion and lock in. This has never happened to me before, but only now after I updated to the newest patch. It is impossible to ban a champion, let alone speak with my teammates. If I am queued up first, then this makes the game unplayable.
