Singed Vs Zac

If Zac preps his e and goes into the air, then singed flings zac before he gets out of range, the result will be a rather long stun on zac ranging from 1.5 to 2 seconds on Zac. Have not tested to see if this pertains to other champions with jumps like kha zix or Tristana, but this bug has lead to many frustrating attempts to escape which just leads to me standing there in poison. There does not need to be sticky adhesive present.
