THIS IS INSANE -.-

Well, sometimes when im about to start a game, my pc shuts down and come back to life like if its nothing, and this only appends with League. I have everything updated and clean and this still does this stupid shit. And everytime I start lol again after the shut down, a message of "Windows Commander Processor" appears with the LoL program. Im about to reinstall League and see what appends.

One more thing, on Warframe I have more than 300fps and on League I blocked at 120 but its always above below, like 115 and sometimes I reach 3fps randomly. This cant be a problem of my PC!! If it was, every game and program would become crazy.

Does anyone have the same problem as I?
