Bugsplat + network issues every 3 games

Hello,

Since the new client update, i got a new problem :

When i'm playing and am at the 3rd game in a row, after the game charging i get bugsplat. Then i get a message saying "no internet connexion" when internet is perfectly fine ( i checked ).

The first time it occured, i relaunched the game and after ~~10 tries i got able to reconnect.

Today it happened again, same after 3 games but i did not manage to reconnect ( even after 20+ tries ). I then started shutting down everything on my antivirus ( Bitdefender ). The firewall shut down didn't do anything but the antivirus part shut down managed to get me in a game.

I have no idea what could make this bug happen or if anybody is having the same, also some points look like coincidences.

I'd be glad to send you my logs but this is my first time reporting a bug so i'm a little bit lost.

I too have a Bugsplat issue. Slightly different from the one mentioned above. Any time League Alt-Tabs whether in game or at load screen I get bugsplat. Gotten used to not Alt-Tabbing but I received a Skype call earlier while in game which forced League to Alt-Tab and I got the splat.

That's an interesting way to investigate, I have two screens so it may be related as i switch very often between them. Especially during game loading !

Actually to tag onto your mention of internet connection, I get the same error. Can't connect, no internet. At first I thought I needed to relog and doing so worked the first couple times. Eventually I had an occasion where the relog didn't work. So a relog doesn't fix the issue.

What I did notice was that when I did connect to the game I was the only one loading and everyone else was already in game. So it seems like when I get the splat at the load screen I am unable to join the game until everyone else has already loaded the game.

I have never had the internet connection error when I disconnected while in game after it had loaded so it seems to me that the only time the internet error can occur is during the load screen.

For the first part i'm getting exactly the same behaviour.

That's a nice catch seeing everyone already was connected into the game when you managed to reconnect. It's exactly the same for me.

However i never tried to reconnect once i was in the game ( because ranked and stuff ) so i can't tell if i have the same issue on this point.
