unfair leaver buster

I wanted to Play the new game mode (invasion) with my friends. When the Queue popped up we all accecpted but it kept being unaccepted. Due to the Queue cancel we all got a leaver buster. Now i had to wait 5 min to Queue up again even tho it wasnt my fault at all.

yeah same thing happened to me and that game was my promotion game....do I have to lost my lp for sever lag?
