Viktor R Gameplay Bug

Viktor's R disappears after he dies. Before it used to stay in place if you died, but wouldnt move. Now it just straight up disappears and won't do damage even though the thing that makes the chaos storm is present in the air. To reproduce simply ult and die. Its happened to me every time.
