Malzahar shield and minions

malzahar minions are supposed to be killed in two hits now but it only takes 1 from champs to kill them... and fizz' shark can latch on to malzahar even when his shield is up and it pops his shield??? i think this needs to be addressed.. and why doesnt his freaking visions give vision in bushes so his minons wont act retarted and stop chasing because someone goes into a bush for 1 second
