Bug

When I play League everything is fine until loading screen comes up all I get is a black screen I am able to see my ping, names and icons but loading art work boarder and all are blacked out. I also have another problem. Every time I play League I am some times unable to type during chats and champ select. but in game is fine. I checked Task manager and the status says "PvP.net Client" "Running" then says Not Running" and it keeps going back and fourth. I think that is the reasson I can't type. If you have a fix please let me know!! Thank you.
