Ashe E bug

Just a few minutes ago I was playing a game of SR. In the early game i got hit by Ashe's E, which gave her vision over me. As this happens, you will see these yellow eyes above you as an indication that enemies have vision over you.

However, 20 minutes later i still had these eyes above my champion. Even when i just respawned. (so i couldn't get hit by her E)

I was wondering if other people had this issue as well since this isn't the first game i've seen this.

It happens to me more often with Lee Sin, I even manged to get it on myself while playing him, not sure why it happens, probably just a dose of bad timing. Enemies cant see you though.
