My Account Does Not level Up.

I am right now level 28 and it seems that my account does not level up to level 29. For me it says that I have 2499/1308. So if you could please fix this bug because I want to start playing ranked.

This is due to the experience requirement changes made this patch. Playing a match to get XP will level you up and fix it.
