[GAMEPLAY] Viktor ult vs Malzahar ult

I don't know which way this bug is for, but I just played a game as Viktor and I know his ult is suppose to stop channels and the ult animation would come out after I was suppressed and his ult would continue. So I don't know if the Viktor's ult is not suppose to come out at all or malz's isn't being interrupted.

I mean I have only noticed it this one time, but reproducing it should just mean trying to ult with malz and viktor at the same time.
