Every since 7.23 I bugsplat during every single champion select

The second 7.23 came out, I started bugsplatting around once every champion select. Whole client closes, and it causes me to miss my ban/pick almost every time, resulting in a dodge.

No idea what's causing this. Never had an issue like this before in the 7 years I've been playing League, until this patch. I've retried reinstalling and repairing the client, doesn't fix anything.
