Reconnecting Issue?

I was in a match and apparently everyone in my team kept reconnecting and disconnecting. I tried quitting the game and when I got back into the client, I can't even reconnect. This issue is happening to multiple people right now. Anyone know of a way to fix this? I tried restarting my laptop and the client to no avail.

Its a riot issue. They will most likely have to restart their system.

I am also experiencing an issue similar to this. 10 people can't connect to a D2-D1 ranked solo queue game.
