A Critical Error Has Occurred And The Process Must Be Terminated :(

This happens after champion select, the loading screen will not even load. It should not be the patch because I was playing (bug free) around six hours prior to this, it should also means this isn't a hardware issue (even though I don't meet the min requirement for ram), or a windows issue.
