Fix the rune page invisable bug

this has been going on for far to long. i picked a jungle but when i go to edit my rune pages IT DOESN'T SHOW UP, hence i'm stuck jungling with Alistar support runes because i played Alistar my last game.. and of course i'm next to useless.

yerp, just had to dodge. no idea what runes i loaded on jungle, probably aery.
