LOL Bug - Only Seeing Shadows After specific abilities

I'm getting this weird bug, where all the champions, minions and towers disappear when I activate specific abilities (Veigars e and tristanas ult for example) or whenever I place any type of ward. All the gameplay stays the same and I can move around and keep on using abilities but only see the shadows from the characters. The bug lasts for a few seconds and then goes back to normal until I use one of the mentioned abilities or place another ward. Any one else has gotten this issue?

I'm playing with all the graphics maxed out.
