Game does not connect

When i open a game it doesnt connect it just goes black when i tab out it wont work i have to ctrl+alt+delete then tab out currently i am trying to connect to a game that had started 10 minnutes ago Do not give me a ban for this as it is not y fault if anyones it is yours and please try to fix this bug
