[CRASH] EVERY GAME PLEASE FIX

Hello, i have been league of legends for a quite a bit now and suddenly i have been facing this weird crash in game, EVERY FREAKING GAME. it says i have been disconnected but there are no connection problems with my internet at all. i usually get disconnected 3 times per game these days, and i have tried using the hextech tool or whatever, but it seems like its not working. i already have reported this issue with riot, but i havent got any help with this issue. i am very irritated by this issue please help.
