Staff of Flowing Water provides 20% CDR, unlisted stat.

I'm unsure if it being unlisted is an oversight or if it should not provide any CDR at all (which seems more likely).

Yup, i also saw that. I think it shouldnt provide the CDR at all, because of the items it builds off. Its op as hell like for me. 20%cdr, sonic fast in water, loads of mana regen. Best support item ever. Especially for Bard/Janna.
