Summoner Loading Screen Issue (HELP ME COMMUNITY)

I have had this issue for the past week now. I have posted this once last week on the support forums with no response. I AM REACHING OUT TO YOU COMMUNITY, for help!

The issue

I get through champ select and when it comes to loading screen, I get a pop up that says game has finished. I then try to que for a new game thinking someone dodged and bam, then "Find Match" button I can just press it over and over (with the sound/graphic) as if im queing up. I then log off completely and reopen everything from start Problem still persists. IS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS? PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!

Game finished and one of the other players added me to flame me for wasting their time. However now I can que up for another match. Problem still persists though

*This was posted last week and no response from Riot. However now I am seeing more reports of this in the Report a bug section on the forums.

*Just happened again 3/24 at 11:38am PDT, probably going to get leaver buster suspended/ban if this keeps up.

ANOTHER UPDATE/QUESTION Did anyone get firewall pop ups during the last 2 updates? My problems starting persisting after accepting the fire wall pop up for the patches.
