PBE Login AND Website Issues

So I have just been granted a new PBE account, I'm pretty excited to get to be one of the Beta environment users and I've just today played my first game on that server. However I've had a few issues within the first hour trying to get it to work.

First, downloading the client for the first time, it took 4 restarts of the patcher to actually get it to complete due to getting bugsplats consistently at the 76% mark. Right around the 286 Mb's left mark It completely stops downloading. (I've left it sitting like this for at least 10 minutes each time I restarted patcher) Then upon my exiting out and re executing the launcher, the "bugsplat" notification pops up.

Second, when I tried to log in to the PBE formus, I couldnt due to not having made a summoner name yet, so I was in a catch 22 trying to get information on if I was missing a step or if there was a bug of sorts. Third, after getting the client patched and logging in, I jumped into a game and immediately was not able to pick a champion. "you are not able to choose this champion because you do not own them" error. Even though they were listed as the "free week champions". Needless to say I was booted from the game and incurred the 5:45 second penalty for leaving the game. I found out this was because the account was still registering me at lvl 1 and that the champions displayed were in fact NOT the free rotation champions. I relogged, and the account was then registered at lvl 30 and i was able to successfully get into my first PBE game. :D (I played Ezreal for the first time and went on a massive killing spree, It was pretty fun)

Fourth, After the game I got the "waiting for statistics" black screen (which is normal every once in a while on the NA server so I didnt think twice about it) and waited for about 5-6 minutes before clicking the "Skip waiting for Statistics" button. It did nothing... So clicking on it repeatedly a few times and waiting for no reaction I exited the client via the top right hand X button.

The final two issues are that I CANT LOG BACK IN. :((( I dont get any error message, I dont bug out, I receive no notification of any issue whatsoever. It simply just displays the "authenticating" popout for about 2 seconds then switches to the "logging in" popout, but then stays there indefinitely. Ive left it on that to log in for about 10 minutes, relogged, restarted my computer, I've tried repairing the client, relogging more, and then looked to find if there were any posts on the forums about the server not being online.

This is my final problem. I CANT GET TO THE PBE FORUMS. I get the error page with blitzcrank that states "ERROR something has gone hextechncally wrong". I have tried restarting my comp, legging out of my pbe online website account (I thought maybe there was an issue specifically with my account possibly), logging back in, etc...

SO. I currently am not able to find or post any information on the PBE forum, or log into the PBE client.

Is there any information on these issues? I'm most likely not the only one having them or that has had them in the past.
