Deathfire torch and Trynd's ult

A strange bug happened to me in a game, where I used my ult as trynd and I died in the middle of the 5 seconds of invincibility. I looked at the death recap and it showed I died to the keystone deathfire torch. Let me know if this is happening to anyone else, it may have just been a fluke.
