New Patch, Possible Bugs?

Anyone else having huge issues with this new patch? I know it's nothing fancy but pathing has been an absolute nightmare. Along with constant lag spikes that happen to everyone in the game and just extremely unresponsive. Was wondering if anyone else was having this issue as well.
