the recall on valor(Quinn)

When i was play a game as i recalled as valor, during the recall the time limit on valor ended but i didn't transform back into . i did turn back to as soon i went back to base. can transform from to MEGA and back again during his recall. So i'm not fully sure that this is a bug or that riot made the recall on valor like that.
