Shows Champ Preselected in Champ Select During Bans

I experienced today a bug where the first person to ban on the enemy team had no champ selected to ban yet, but in the slot where it shows the champions name it had "Thresh" in it with no champ picture. Later in champ select he then chose Thresh when it was his time. I do not have a picture of this though. So it leads me to believe that he had Thresh preselected and it showed during the beginning of his ban phase.
