Rune page- Gold per 10 Seals - Calculation/Display error

Verified multiple times. Greater Seals of Gold display as: +0.25 gold per 10 seconds 9x0.25 - 2.25 - unless the amount differs from what is shown?
When equipping 9 seals of gold - 2.3 gold per 10 seconds displays. Is there some extremely small amount of gold we don't know about...or is it rounding up from .25 for some reason?
