[Gameplay] UI Partially disappears at beginning of game/alt tab

For about the past month or two when I enter the game part of my UI will disappear. If I alt tab almost all of my UI disappears as well as my party members pictures. It will happen every single game no matter what and uninstalling/repairing the client hasn't worked. I've also got a dual monitor set up, i'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. It started happening about a month after I got a second monitor so it shouldn't be the problem. Thanks.
