Client not starting up

Client doesnt start up. Patcher was stuck at 99% so I closed the client. Now the client doesnt start up. I click it, the League of Legends logo appears in the screen....and then it goes away and nothing happens. I tried deleting everything in RADS/Projects. I even uninstalled and the game and downloaded the client again. No luck. NA server btw. Pls help.

i'm not really sure aside from maybe it still thinks its running? have you tried to close it from task manager/restart your computer?
