Black Market Brawlers Item Bug

The new item Mirage Blade in BMB for some odd reason Gives -10% cooldown reduction, when it's meant to give nothing at all.

And when i say it give -10% cooldown reduction i mean i'm playing Xin Zhao, i have a brutalizer and a mirage blade, and my cooldown reduction reads 0... So Mirage Blade is INCREASING the cooldowns of my spells.
