Hey, im stuck at "Authenticating"

im having a hard time connecting to the game,my client doesnt make it pass the logg in phase 'Authenticating' , during the day it works fine(morning till afternoon) closer to night it starts again, now it wont allow me to logg in, yet tomorrow morning i am able to connect normally from 6¬ish Am (GMT+2) i reinstalled the game multiple times, it didnt fix the problem. i changed couple of setting cause i tried to google it, yet eventually nothing worked, so i had to reinstall it again and again and again and again and its frustrating, so help me.
