Riot Support

I got my main account hacked so I went to the support page and it wont send the email to reset my password so i tried to open a ticket. Well it tells me across three different computers that i need to fill out all the fields, when they are filled out. So the ticket wont send on either of my accounts. I sent riot an E-mail saying hey your support page is not helping me like it should, i would like assistance. they sent me back an email saying i sent my email to the wrong place and sent me a link to the support page......... I have been playing since 2013 and have a lot of money invested in the account, and someone was able to just take my account from me and riot is not helping what so ever...
