Lissandra E (In-Game Bug)

Lissandra's E animation doesn't show when it is casted, only the ending spot is being shown and her claw keeps flashing while it is being casted, but no where near where it should be while E is being casted.

I've noticed this for multiple patches doesn't seem to matter if I'm playing as liss, have one on my team or against one
