Caitlyn Basic Attack Bug

I use the Resistance Caitlyn skin (I do not know if this bug is skin particular) and there is an issue with her basic attacks. Some of her shots do the damage before the graphic of the bullet gets near the target. It does the damage right when it fires, not when it hits. This makes farming difficult because it is split about 50/50 whether or not the bullet does damage when it hits or immediately after firing. I wondered if anyone else had this issue. Go try it out and see if it does it for you.
