[CLIENT] Ranked Went Down

Hey Riot Games? When ranked went down yesterday I was in champ select and the game that I hadn't even go to play in I got a loss for while in promos, will that be fixed? It happened to cost me my gold promos and without that loss, I would be in gold right now instead of promos again. What can I do to have that fixed?
