Start a game, didnt load, trying to reconnect, doesnt work, rip the game

I am experiencing this same issue. Only on my laptop - Dell powerbook intel core i7. My desktop works fine.
This issue started happening a couple months ago, but after a patch, it started to work again. Then about 1.5 - 2 weeks ago, this issue started happening again.
I can pick my champion but after that screen, it tries to open the next window but immediately closes and then shows the reconnect button, where the process repeats every time I click "reconnect".
Help please.
This is happening to me as well it is super frustrating, I work 12 hours a day, come home to my wife and 2 young children, after my kids go to bed all I wanna do is play one match of league just one, but I haven't been able to for the past 3 weeks because I keep getting this same issue. Please fix this riot!
