While at MSG watching the games at 30:15 game time something caught my eye

Skip around to 30:15 game time and watch the baron. Braum's passive was not being activated by Tristana for at least 4-6 auto attacks and i am wondering if anyone else caught this.

During game 2 I spent the time eating some fries with a Rioter named Josh. He is to what champion narrative designer, he never caught the bug nor did the other champion designer with him.

Long story short his beard was cool and Braum is bugged

It's probably just one of the many wonky things that can happen in spectator mode. Hard to verify since Baron can't be stunned and Aphro did not auto during this time (his bonus damage would show up).
