Bugsplat in ranked

So I just left a ranked match where our whole team got a bugsplat error and was taken out of the game long enough for the enemy team to push and secure their win. Our WHOLE team disconnected and theirs didn't. Idk why it happened or anything but we still lost 19 LP for it. Do they not do loss prevented for that stuff anymore? I understand that it does happen because it's an online game but do they not make it to where you lose out on your progression because of something that went wrong on their side?
