We've been sitting in champ select for around 3 minutes with the timer on 0 while our mid laner can't lock in but it won't kick him. We're all having nice conversation (sorta like being stuck in an elevator) Please don't strike this against his Placements :(

Having the same problem right now, third time today. Two people have even left already and it's stuck.
Same thing happend to me, after about 8 minutes the person whom it was stuck on got penalized for not locking in, even if they did attempt to.
Exactly the same here, man. Did they even reply to you? You posted this 5 months ago and I'm still experiencing this problem. Why do I have to suffer the "low priority queue" penalty for something that's not even my fault :X
