Singed can fling an enemy minons while being used for their teleport.
It's not a major bug, but I don't think you should be able to fling an enemy minion while the enemy is using it to teleport to a location.

syndra can pick up tp minions as well. in fact i think all displacement works on minions that you are tping to
syndra can pick up an enemy minion while they are teleporting as well [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
I think it is perfectly fair because he could do the same when they finish teleporting a milisecond later
