Veigar's e bug?

Can't put up the replay(windows media players can't really put it up), but on one of my games, i was Veigar and was up against a Velkoz. I e and it finish. Velkoz was still near my e, but he didn't get stun. So I was wondering if it was a bug or Velkoz's hitbox was small. He didn't get stun and I was hit by his e and .... got ulted. FIX THIS! OR MAKE HIS HITBOX BIGGER. Also is my wifu [zombie-nunu-hearts]
