Many different crucial problems to the game

Yesterday' I played some top. When I got in, I tried to buy some items and I couldn't click using my mouse. It seemed like it wasn't responding. But then I tried to make and it worked. If I moved the mouse up, you still can't see what usually see. In the end, I went 8/21 because no items. Riot. Please fix.
