Kha'Zix damage bug

There's a bug with Kha'Zix on EUNE. I realised this when I was killed by the enemy Kha. I was out of his autoattack or Q's range and he didn't cast his W, but suddenly I was killed by something from like 300 hp. It was like a Zed ulti... I don't know what it was, because when I looked it up at the death recap, it didn't have an icon nor any description, just "thinaliakos", as seen on the screenshot. I don't know what this was, but I hope it will be fixed.

My guess would be Duskblade of Draktharr, which is literally a mini zed ult.

IIRC it, and many other things, don't show proper icon/name in the death recap.
